I have always been very passionate about animals, especially dogs. Since I was a kid, I would beg my parents for books about dogs to learn more about how they communicate and how to care for them. It's become a bit of an obsession 😅 I have been working as a dog daycare attendant for a long time and through that I found a passion for working with each dog as an individual as well.

I have a min pin x pug named Teddy Bear. He's a thorn in my side and the love of my life at the same time haha. He's a year old now and has helped greatly with my mental health.

Anything cheesy or creamy! If I woke up one day lactose intolerant, I would be very sad.

Building strong relationships with the dogs is one of the most rewarding things ever!

Too many! I mostly draw (bet you'll never guess what! Hint: I may or may not be obsessed with dogs!) I also make custom costumes and plush toys!

Anywhere off pavement. I love the feeling of natural ground under my feet.

I have had pets all my life of different species like gerbils, hamsters, cats, mice,

guinea pigs, fish, frogs, a chinchilla for a summer, a bunny that I petsat, and now a dog. Willow is our corgi puppy and Luna is our senior cat.

Noodles of any kind; hot, cold, Italian, Asian, in soup or sauce.

I’m not confined to an office or desk.

Outside of work, I like to hang out with friends, spend time in nature hiking or boating, playing video games with my husband, or cooking & baking.

My cat Luna would probably tell me how much she doesn’t like the dog and that I should spend all my time with her. Our dog Willow would probably ask for a buffet of treats all day and that I should make the cat more friendly.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats! A german shepherd/lab named Nova, a jack terrier mix named JJ, a feisty cat named Mojo, and a one eyed siamese named Pim.

They’re the best company! I love seeing the variety of breeds and all of their different traits.

Animal are so accepting of us – all they want is love, affection, a gentle hand, food and shelter.  I’ve met so many wonderful animals over the years and have enjoyed my time with each and every one of them.

In addition to dog walking, I founded and run a Nashua based non-profit focused on spreading pawsitivity and compassion through humane education and resourcing teachers.

I’ve always loved animals, and being a dog walker lets me combine my love for dogs with staying active and making everyone's days (pet and owner) a little brighter.

Yes! My family has an 11-month-old Alaskan Malamute named Mackenzie. She is full of energy, personality, and fluff. I’ve always been around large dogs, so handling big breeds as well as small breeds feels second nature to me.

My favorite food is definitely Chinese food. I love everything from sweet and sour chicken to chicken and broccoli.

My favorite thing about working with animals is that they live in the moment! Their joy is genuine, their trust is earned, and every tail wag makes my heart melt.

Outside of pet care, I love synchronized figure skating. It’s like dancing on ice with a team of 16 skaters. In addition, I’m always getting lost in my crafts

If your pet could talk, what would they say about you? 

If my pet could talk, she’d probably say, “She’s one of my favorite humans. Partly because she is my snack provider, partly because she is my adventure buddy, and because she is my full-time best friend. She understands my zoomies, speaks fluent tail wags, and always knows where I hid my toys. LoL. I'd give her a 10/10.”

I love neighborhood walks where dogs feel comfy and know the smells. That being said, I also enjoy exploring trails for a little extra adventure. Either way, I make sure pups are safe, happy, and having fun!

I have two Westies. McKinley is 9 and Juneau is 6. McKinley is a loverboy and is his happiest when being loved and leaning against someone. Juneau has a strong personality and getting loves is on his terms. They are both so much fun and work together to get as many treats on a walk as possible. We have lived in Alaska twice- hence their names.

I have a BIG, sweet tooth so I would saw baked goods.

The positivity, the joy that a simple walk and a new smell brings. They remind me to slow down and appreciate the simple things more.

I love to cook and bake. My husband and I love to hike, bike, hang at the beach.

My first experience pet sitting was when I in undergraduate school. I spent some time animal training while I was in graduate school for behavior analysis. I joined the BDC crew in 2024 and have been loving all of the animals and their families!

How long have you been working with animals? 

My first experience pet sitting was when I in undergraduate school. I spent some time animal training while I was in graduate school for behavior analysis. I joined the BDC crew in 2024 and have been loving all of the animals and their families!

What made you want to become a dog walker and/or pet sitter? 

I love the way animals connect with humans and how intuitive and loyal they can be. Although I spend the majority of my time working with children with disabilities, I missed having my own pets and wanted to spend more time outdoors. Dog walking/sitting provides the best opportunity for both and allows me to ensure animals are well cared for, which is something I truly value.

Do you have pets of your own?  Tell us about them! 

My son and I are currently on the hunt for a russian blue kitty. I've had the best pets in the past. Emily was the cutest beagle, but of course I'm baised. She even had her own full size recliner! Mohawk was our chinchilla who followed us from apartment to apartment over the course of ten years. We loved his fuzzy snuggles and adorable hops.

What is your favorite food? 

I really enjoy sushi and oysters, basically anything seafood!

What is your favorite thing about working with animals? 

My favorite thing is how happy they can be to see you upon arrival and how much enjoyment they get from being outside and exploring. Animals teach me to slow down and appreciate the smaller things, especially those in nature. 

Do you have any hobbies outside of pet care? 

I love adventuring with my 6 year old son. We travel on the weekends and stay at "adventure houses" while we make up our own scavenger hunts, go in search of cool things in the great outdoors, and sometimes just spend time together video gaming away from it all

If your pet could talk, what would they say about you?

My chinchilla would have said I'm extremely well organized, have the patience of a saint (especially on days he escaped his home), and that I have a great love for the natural world and all that it offers us 

Where is your favorite place to walk dogs? 

I love walking dogs on trails, more to see and more to sniff!

What is your favorite movie? 

I really enoyed Inception, Vanilla Sky, and any movies that cause you to really think. I also enjoy watching things that allow you to just escape and get engaged in a storyline. I recently watched all of the Marvel movies in timeline order, which was really fun. My son and I have seen the Mario movie soooooo many times

Animals have always made my day brighter and they’re my favorite thing to be around

Do you have pets of your own?  Tell us about them! 

I have a bunny, 2 cats, and 1 dog. my bunny is the cutest mini lop, my kitties are  domestic shorthairs, and my pup is a lab mix. 

What is your favorite food? 

My favorite food is definitely acai bowls!

What is your favorite thing about working with animals? 

They show infinite love and they’re so funny in their own ways 

Do you have any hobbies outside of pet care?

I like watching tv, driving, and shopping!

If your pet could talk, what would they say about you? 

They would probably say I’m very annoying because I’m always begging for their attention

Where is your favorite place to walk dogs? 

I love walking dogs on trails, they always have so much fun and it’s very peaceful

I typically only love tv shows and Grey's Anatomy is my favorite!
